Before a real project, we send a short sample. It shows whether the words, numbers, and layout match the instruction. The sample is a check. It is not a paid project, and it is not a fee. There is no charge to take it.
This is the same rule as the how to join section and the sample section of the terms.
Why there is a sample at all
A paid file has names, figures, and a layout the client expects. We need to see that work on a few ordinary pages before we email a real project. The sample is sent when we can review it. You do not pay anyone while you wait, and you do not pay to receive it.
It is fine if this is your first project. Tell us that in the first message, along with your name, your city, and whether you type in English, Hindi, or both.
The three things we look at
- 1The words match the source. Type what is on the page. Do not summarise, skip a line, or replace a word with one you prefer.
- 2The layout follows the instruction. Headings, tables, and the file format are part of the check. Any common editor is fine if the file opens cleanly in the format we ask for.
- 3Names and figures are exact. A wrong digit or a swapped name is a miss, even when the rest of the page looks tidy. Speed matters less than a clean page.
How to send it back
- Read the instruction in the WhatsApp message before you start.
- If a line in that instruction is unclear, ask on the same chat, 9208417697, before you type.
- Do the sample yourself. Do not pass it to someone else and send it back as your own.
- Send it back on WhatsApp in the file format we name.
Keep a copy until we reply. The sample pages are only for this check. Do not forward them, publish them, or reuse them.
What the sample is not
It is not paid. It is not a registration form with a fee. It is not a training kit. It does not move you up a paid list. Passing it means we can offer real work. It does not mean a paid file is waiting the same day.
After you send the sample
We read it and reply on the same chat. If something needs a fix, we will say what it is. We may send one more sample. We may also decide not to send further work.
If the sample is in order, we email a real file when one is open. That email is the start of the 7-day deadline. New joiners are paid ₹30 per page after that project is completed, on work of at least 20 pages. The pay rule is in the page-rate guide.
If no project is open, we will say so. You do not need to pay to be told that, and you do not need to pay to be considered when a file is ready.
Questions
Is the sample task paid?
No. It is a short unpaid check of words, layout, names, and figures. There is no charge to take it. A pass means we can offer real work. It does not mean a paid file is waiting the same day.
What does the sample check?
Whether the typing matches the source, whether the layout follows the instruction, and whether names and figures are correct. A clean page matters more than speed.
What if the sample needs a fix?
We will say what was wrong. We may send one more sample. We may also decide not to send further work.
