Terms and Conditions – Jyoti Typing Center

Welcome to Jyoti Typing Center. By applying for work or using our website (jyotitypingcenter.in), you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of Work
We provide genuine typing and data entry projects to selected typists. Projects are limited and assigned based on availability and performance.
2. Free Joining
Joining is completely free. We do not charge any registration fee, security deposit, or advance payment.
3. Selection Process
- Applicants must complete a sample task.
- Selection is based on accuracy, formatting, and timely submission.
- Only selected typists receive real projects.
4. Rates
- New Joiners: ₹30 per page
- Regular Typists: ₹40 per page (after completing 3 successful projects)
5. Payment
- New joiners are paid after project completion and quality check.
- Regular typists are paid every Monday.
- Payments are made via UPI or bank transfer.
6. Accuracy Policy
- Target accuracy is 95%.
- If accuracy is below 95%, the typist gets 3 extra days to correct the work.
- If accuracy remains below 95% after the correction window, payment is reduced proportionally to the accuracy gap.
- We do not fully reject completed work.
7. Deadlines
- New joiners must complete assigned projects (minimum 20 pages) within 7 days from the date the project is sent by email.
- Late submission may result in additional deduction.
8. Work Ownership
All completed work submitted to us becomes the property of Jyoti Typing Center. Typists may not reuse or share the content elsewhere.
9. Conduct
Typists are expected to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines. Repeated poor performance may result in removal from the active list.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
