Who we are

Jyoti Typing Center offers typing and data entry projects to typists in India. Joining is free. There is no registration fee.

What this website collects

This site is an information page. It has no member account, no password, and no application form. If you only read the pages, we do not ask for your name.

Our hosting provider may keep ordinary technical logs, such as the page requested, the time, the browser type, and an IP address. We use those logs to keep the site working and to see which pages people open. We do not use them to build a marketing profile of visitors.

Advertisements

Pages on this website may show advertisements. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar tools to count visits, limit repeated ads, reduce fraud, and show ads that fit general interests. Those partners handle that data under their own policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The site remains readable if you do. Blocking cookies does not affect your WhatsApp application.

An advertisement is not an instruction from Jyoti Typing Center. We do not collect a joining fee through an ad, a form, or a link. If an ad, or a person claiming to represent us, asks you to pay, do not pay. Write to us on WhatsApp at 9208417697.

What you send on WhatsApp

If you apply, you may send us:

• Your name and city
• Your phone number, which WhatsApp already shows
• The languages you type
• A sample task, and later the project files
• Payment details you choose to share, such as a UPI ID or a bank account, so we can pay you

Send only what the task needs. Do not send identity papers unless we ask for them to sort out a specific payment problem.

WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp LLC (Meta). Messages there are also covered by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

How we use this information

• To reply to your application and send a sample
• To share a project when one is available
• To check accuracy against the 95% rule, count the 7 days and any 3 extra correction days, and work out the page rate
• To pay you after a project is completed, or every Monday once you are a regular typist, and to keep a record of what was paid
• To answer questions about a file or a payment
• To spot anyone asking typists for a fee in our name
• To meet legal duties, including accounting records

We do not sell your name, your phone number, or your documents.

Client documents

Project files belong to the client. We share them with you so you can do the typing. Please keep them private, as the Terms and Conditions explain. We use the finished pages to check accuracy and to pass the work onward.

Who else may see information

• WhatsApp, when you message us
• The company that hosts this website
• Advertising partners, if a page is showing ads, as described above
• A bank or UPI service, when we pay you
• A public authority, if the law requires it

We do not hand lists of typists to other centers.

How long we keep it

We keep application messages and project files while a project is open, and for a reasonable time after payment, so a question about pages or pay can still be answered. Accounting records may be kept for the period Indian law requires.

When a file is no longer needed, we delete it or remove it from working chats and storage. If you applied and never received a project, you may ask us to delete the sample and the messages you sent. We will do that unless a short note is needed to show that no fee was taken and no payment is due.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct a name or a payment detail, or ask us to delete an application when no project is active and no amount is unpaid. You may stop messaging at any time. Cookie choices sit in your browser.

Send a WhatsApp message to 9208417697 and say that it is about privacy. We will reply on WhatsApp.

Children

This website is for adults who want typing work. It is not meant for children. We do not knowingly keep information from anyone under 18. If a child’s message reaches us, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. The new text applies from the day it is posted. The work rules for pages and pay are in the Terms and Conditions.
