These terms apply when you use jyotitypingcenter.in or accept typing or data entry work from Jyoti Typing Center. If you take a sample or a project, you agree to these terms. The short version on the rates section of the home page matches the tables below.
1. Project work, not a salaried post
We assign typing and data entry projects. You are paid per page under the accuracy rule below. This arrangement is not a job offer, not a salary, and not a promise of work every day. We do not guarantee a minimum number of pages in a month. A new joiner’s project has a minimum of 20 pages.
2. No joining fee
Joining is free. There is no registration fee, deposit, training fee, software fee, or ID-activation charge.
We will not ask you to pay us, or to pay any other person, in order to join, to receive a sample, or to receive a project. If someone asks for money in the name of Jyoti Typing Center, do not pay. Message 9208417697 and tell us.
You use your own phone and computer. You do not buy a plan, a kit, or a program from us.
3. Who can apply
You may apply if you can type the language of the project and you are legally allowed to do this work in India. The website and the work are for adults.
4. How joining works
- Message us on WhatsApp at 9208417697 with your name, city, and typing languages.
- We send a short sample when we can review it.
- If the sample is in order, we can assign a real project.
- When a project is available, we send the file by email, with the instructions. The 7-day count starts from that email.
You may visit the office at 238/10B, Naya Pura, Stanley Road, Prayagraj – 211002, Uttar Pradesh. Please message us before you come, so someone is at the desk.
5. The sample task
The sample is a short typing check. We look at whether the words match the source, whether names and numbers are correct, and whether you followed the format we asked for.
The sample is not a paid project. There is no fee to take it. If the sample needs improvement, we will say what was wrong. We may send one more sample. We may also decide not to send further work.
A sample that passes means we can assign real work. It does not mean a paid project is waiting on the same day.
6. Rates
A page is one page of that project, counted the way the project brief describes. If the brief does not say otherwise, one source page typed in the requested format counts as one page.

A project is successful when you send it within 7 days of the project email. If the accuracy is below 95% and you send the correction within the 3 extra days, the project still counts. A project you do not send does not count. The first three successful projects stay at ₹30 per page. From the next project, the rate is ₹40 per page.
7. When we pay
New joiners are paid after the project is completed. Regular typists are paid every Monday. We pay the UPI ID or bank account you give us on WhatsApp. Please check those details before you send them.
The amount follows the accuracy rule. At 95% or above, you receive the full page rate. We never reject the full payment because accuracy is under 95%. In that case the rate is reduced by the gap under 95%, as the next section explains.
8. Accuracy
Final accuracy is the accuracy of the project after we check it. The rule is the same at ₹30 and at ₹40.

Example of deduction
If the rate is ₹30 per page and the final accuracy is 90%, you receive ₹28.50 per page. The deduction is 5%, which is the gap between 95% and 90%. We never reject the full payment.
At the regular rate the same gap applies. ₹40 per page at 90% accuracy is ₹38 per page. Accuracy of 95% or above is paid at the full ₹30 or ₹40, with no deduction.
9. Deadlines

Send the finished file in the format named in the email. If a file will not open, tell us on the same day you send it. A file we cannot open is not a submission. The 3 extra days are only for a project whose accuracy is below 95%. They are not a general extension of the 7 days.
10. Ownership and confidentiality
The source material, client names, and the content you type belong to the client. We give them to you only so you can complete that project.
- You will not copy, store for personal use, forward, publish, sell, or reuse the source or the finished pages.
- You will not show client names, numbers, or documents to anyone except Jyoti Typing Center.
- When you submit a page, we may pass it to the client. You keep no right to use that content later.
- Payment is for your typing on that project. It is not a share in the document.
Your own skill and experience remain yours. These terms do not claim them. Our duties for personal contact details are described in the Privacy Policy.
11. How you should work
- Follow the brief: language, format, file name, and any note about headings or tables.
- Use your own device and software. We will not ask you to buy a program from us or from a seller we name.
- Do the work yourself. Do not pass a Jyoti Typing Center file to someone else and send it back as your own.
- Keep a copy of what you submit until we confirm acceptance and payment.
- After payment is confirmed, delete the client files from your device.
12. When work is available
We assign projects when we have them. Some weeks are busy and some are quiet. Free joining does not create a daily target or a reserved set of pages. If nothing is open, we will say so. You may take other work in the meantime, as long as our client files are not shared.
13. Stopping work
We may stop assigning projects if samples or projects keep missing the accuracy we need, if deadlines are missed more than once, if client files are shared outside the project, if payment details look false, or if an account is tied to someone asking typists for money in our name.
We will give the reason on WhatsApp. Work you have already submitted is paid under the accuracy rule. We do not refuse the whole payment because the accuracy is under 95%.
You may stop at any time. If you already hold a file and cannot finish it, tell us before the 7 days end so we can reassign it. A file you do not send is not paid, because there is no completed project.
14. Changes to rates or these terms
If we change a rate or these terms, we will update this website and tell active typists on WhatsApp before the change applies to a new project. A project you already hold keeps the rate and the deadline we gave you with that file.
The public version on jyotitypingcenter.in is the current one. Website pages may show advertisements, as the Privacy Policy explains. Ads do not change these rates or the rule that joining is free.
15. Liability
Check your pages before you send them. We review the work, and we pay under the accuracy rule. We are not liable for income you hoped to earn, for time spent on an unpaid sample, or for a week in which no project was available.
Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under Indian law that cannot be given up by a contract.

Write to us first on WhatsApp at 9208417697. Most questions about a page count or a payment can be settled from the file and these rules.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction.
