When a real project is emailed, two rules decide pay: accuracy and time. Full payment applies at 95% accuracy or above. You have 7 days from that email. These figures are the same as the home page, the page-rate guide, and the terms.
They do not apply to the 5-minute test. The test is a speed check. A project is a client file with a deadline.
How to hit 95%
Accuracy is the finished file against the source. Type what is on the page. Do not summarise, skip a line, or replace a name with one you prefer. Headings, tables, and figures are part of the check. A wrong digit is a miss even when the rest of the page looks tidy.
- Names and figures first. Read them twice before you leave the line.
- Follow the layout in the email. The format named there is the format we open.
- Do not rewrite. A cleaner sentence that is not in the source is still a miss.
- Ask on 9208417697 if the brief is unclear, before you type a stack of pages the wrong way.
What happens at each accuracy band
- 95% or above. Full payment. ₹30 or ₹40 per page, with no deduction.
- Below 95%. 3 extra days to correct the file. Those days are not a general extension of the 7-day deadline.
- Still below 95% after those 3 days. The page rate is reduced by the gap under 95%. At 90%, the gap is 5%, so ₹30 becomes ₹28.50 and ₹40 becomes ₹38. The full payment is not refused.
GSTIN is not extra GST on the rate
GSTIN 09BRIPK4216L1ZI identifies the office. It is not an extra charge on ₹30 or ₹40. The page rate you see is the page rate we pay.
The 7 days, in plain time
The clock starts when we email the project. It does not start from the WhatsApp chat where you joined. Send the finished file by 11:59 pm IST on the seventh day. A file emailed on 1 March is due on 7 March.
A project you send within those 7 days counts. If we tell you the accuracy is below 95%, it still counts when you use the 3 extra days and send the correction. A project you do not send does not count. An unsent file is not paid.
If a file will not open, tell us on the same day you send it. A file we cannot open is not a submission.
If you cannot finish
Tell us on WhatsApp 9208417697 before the 7 days end so we can reassign the file. Work you have already submitted is still paid under the accuracy rule. You do not pay a fee to keep or to return a project.
