After the free 5-minute test, the next step is one WhatsApp message. The only number is 9208417697. Joining is free. This chat is not a place to send money, a UPI ID for a fee, or a QR.
A short, complete first message is enough. We do not need a form, an email, or a visit before that message. If you live in another city, the same number and the same details apply.
When to write
- 1Take the test on this website. Read how to prepare for the 5-minute test if you have not sat it yet.
- 2At 45 net WPM or above, use the button on the result screen. WhatsApp can open with a screenshot of the score. That is the cleanest way to send the result.
- 3If you are below 45 WPM, retry the test. You can still message 9208417697 with a query. A query is not a pass.
What to put in that first message
- Your name. The name you will use on the project and on payment.
- Your city. Prayagraj or any other city in India. The rate does not change with the city.
- The language you type. English, Hindi, or both. Say it in one line.
- The test result, if you passed. Send it from the result button so the score is attached.
If those four lines are already in the chat, you do not need to repeat them. We will confirm they were received. A sample or a project follows when we can review it, not because a fee was paid.
What not to send
- A registration fee, a deposit, or an “ID activation” amount. Joining is free.
- A UPI ID or QR that someone else gave you in our name. Do not pay it.
- A photo of an Aadhaar card or a passbook in the first message. We will ask for payment details only when a completed project is ready to pay.
- A long life story. Name, city, and language are enough to start.
One official number
WhatsApp 9208417697 is the only number for joining, samples, projects, and payment questions. A different number that says it is “HR”, “accounts”, or “a senior from Jyoti Typing Center” is not us. If any person asks for a fee in our name, do not pay. Message this number and tell us what you were asked to send.
For any query
If you have not taken the test yet, or you have a question about rates, you can still write. Use the query text so we know it is a question, not a result.
What we do after that message
We write back according to project availability. A pass and a complete first message put you in line. They do not reserve a file for the same day, and they do not promise a weekly total. When a file is open, we email it. That is covered in what happens on your first typing project.
